Indian dance elements from well-known Bollywood films, combined into a compelling, sweat-floating and sexy choreography: Bollyrobics is a new kind of workout, combining the training of coordination, strength and endurance with a great deal of sensuality.

To the original music from Andrew Lloyd Webber""s Bombay Dreams and the Bollywood film Indian Love Story, three choreographies with varying degrees of difficulty are presented: from rhythmic-dynamic and dance-technical-sensual to sporty.

Each choreography is introduced step by step through an elaborate structure. A warm-up and cool-down round off the workout.
