What makes our model unique? The frame has been protected against corrosion in a more effective way - by zinc galvanization, other sellers offer hot-dip galvanized models, which does not provide such complete anti-corrosion protection. All structural elements are made of thicker steel than in competitive offers, which translates into the stability and stiffness of the greenhouse, and additionally makes the complex structure resistant to stronger gusts of wind. The set includes more solid ground mounts, a steel clamp and two screw-in pegs that will effectively attach the frame to the ground. To further secure the greenhouse, you have extremely durable pegs made of thick steel and a durable rope.
SAFE AND DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Construction: the frame of the greenhouse is made of steel profiles, which have been galvanized on both sides to ensure maximum corrosion resistance and long-term use. Profiles - tubes have dimensions: Φ24x0.6mm, 24x0.5/19x0.5mm.
Covering: the use of layered PE foil with a grammage of 140 g/m², reinforced with a UV6 filter, provides excellent protection against solar radiation and thermal insulation, which promotes better growth of your plants.
Ventilation: the greenhouse is equipped with six closed windows with mosquito nets, which ensure excellent air circulation and enable control over the temperature and humidity inside, while protecting the plants against insects.
Stability and durability: solid construction and the use of durable materials guarantee the stability of the greenhouse even in difficult weather conditions.
INSTALLATION METHOD
Site preparation: first, dig a small trench in which the steel frame will be placed. Placing the frame in a groove will help protect it against wind, animals and other unfavorable weather conditions.
Assembly of the frame: after assembling the frame, place it in a previously prepared place, the metal elements of the structure are properly protected in the galvanizing process, so you don't have to worry about them rusting. When tightening screws, make sure that they are all properly tightened.
Laying out the foil: in the last step, stretch the foil onto the frame. Thanks to the well-thought-out design, the cover is slightly larger than the size of the frame, thanks to which the foil forms a kind of ""band"" along the sides of the greenhouse - a strip of foil. The foil protruding beyond the tunnel outline should be thoroughly covered with soil, and additional weights may be used, e.g. heavy objects such as decorative stones or bricks.
Fixing to the ground: at the very end, make sure to additionally secure your greenhouse by anchoring it to the ground, the set includes metal pegs, anchors and a durable rope. Connect the greenhouse structure with the pegs by pulling the rope tightly, thanks to which the tunnel will be stable even during unfavorable weather conditions.
